Normally the cells in the fuel table on light load are adjusted so the air fuel ratio is leaner. This may not be possible with the injectors you are using. There are big injectors that will work at small injector times, these are not made by RC.

As the engine has 5 cylinders I cannot see a way to have five more injectors and get correct fueling in each cylinder.

I believe I use the same 120lb Lucas disc injectors in my Audi 5 cyl, and have no problems cruising at 15:1. I had the same problems as you when first installed, but lowering the injector deadtimes fixed the problem. Remember you must tweak the fuel map after adjusting deadtimes.

No need for another 5 injectors...

use 1000CC from Injector Dynamics are more like 1200 @ 83 %...
